APS Group, a leading investor in non-performing loans (NPLs), has announced the successful completion of two strategic acquisitions from B2 Impact, a prominent player in the European NPL market. These transactions expand APS Group presence in two of its core markets, Hungary and Montenegro.
The first acquisition involves a portfolio of over 100,000 primarily unsecured NPLs from B2Kapital Zrt. (Hungary). This diverse portfolio provides APS Group with a strong foundation to leverage its expertise in NPL management within the Hungarian market, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
