NEW CEO OF APS RECOVERY & NEW CEO OF APS REAL ESTATE

We are pleased to announce the following changes at APS.

This is to inform you that on April 1, 2021:

Victor Angelescu transferred from Recovery to Real Estate to become APS Real Estate CEO. Victor will take the Real Estate business within the group and drive it onto the same trajectory of success as he has had with the Recovery division in recent years.

Roman Šedivý took up the role of APS Recovery CEO and will build further on the unit’s strong performance. Under his leadership, the Recovery unit will focus on business growth and organizational excellence.

Roman has been working at APS for more than 7 years, initially as the Head of Recovery at APS CZ&SK; later in Business Development establishing new APS Recovery subsidiaries, and as of 2020 taking over additional responsibility for Under-5 investment projects, HR, Reporting, and Business Systems; and then acting as COO of APS Recovery. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and, prior to joining APS, had worked for a competitor.

Victor Angelescu

With over 10 years of experience in debt collection, Victor was the main driver of APS business development in south-eastern European countries, ultimately acting as CEO of APS Recovery. Prior to joining APS Romania in April 2009, Victor held management positions in Eurobank EFG and ProfiCredit IFN. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at “Nicolae Titulescu” University in Bucharest in 2010.
