Casazela is the Real Estate Asset Management Services platform within APS which specializes in the active management of real estate assets, as well as providing a comprehensive scope of services for real estate development projects.
Our services for real estate development projects include underwriting support during the acquisition phase, project management, property management, leasing as well as divestment advisory services. Through our established networks of local service providers, including facilities managers, legal, financial, tax, technical and design/marketing consultants we are in a position to provide invaluable assistance in all aspects of real estate investment and development projects.
Casazela’s international team of experienced professionals provides APS RE with first-hand knowledge of local markets as well as access to a network of local experts. Their proximity to assets and tenants provides APS RE with invaluable current market information, as well as insights into trends, challenges, and opportunities in respective markets.
First established in 2012, in Romania, Syndre Valuation provides an extensive range of real estate valuation services to APS RE including due diligence services for tax and sales purposes, however, it also provides valuations for third parties including banks and other financial institutions. Our services include appraisals, consultation, and advisory assignments, feasibility as well as market and “best-use” analyses.
Syndre Valuation has continued its expansion into new countries by establishing operations in Croatia, Hungary, and Serbia, with the aim of delivering best practice consultancy and valuation services.
