APS Poland S.A. is a joint stock company with its registered office in Wrocław which specialises in a field of debt collection and receivables outsourcing. Originally, the company has been established in November 2000 and registered by the District Court Wrocław - Fabryczna in Wrocław as a company named iCentrum S.A.  In March 2007, iCentrum S.A. won over an investor - APS (Asset Portfolio Servicing) owned by SLAVIA CAPITAL Fund. Furthermore, APS Poland S.A. has became a part of an international holding - APS Holding - and cover the areas of Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia and Romania with the scope of its operations. Our actual actions are aimed at expanding on the new countries.

APS Holding S.A. has its business activity grown by providing its know how and connections with investors in the following main fields:

• broadening the scope of offered services of debt recovery,
• purchasing of assets portfolio,
• a professional advice within the process of a sale of assets portfolio,
• management of the receivables purchased within portfolio by the investors.

On the 3^rd April 2008r the District Court Wrocław - Fabryczna in Wrocław has registered the changes with regards to iCentrum S.A. in Court Register. The iCentrum S.A. has changed its name for a new one: APS Poland S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław.
